Mark Finckle

Mark Finckle is a seasoned financial expert with over 25 years of experience on Wall Street. He has held leadership positions at Bear Stearns, Thomas Weisel Partners, and PaineWebber, and has directed investment banking efforts at three boutique investment banks.

 

Throughout his career, Mark has successfully executed more than 250 transactions, raising $3 billion in financing, while collaborating closely with many of the world's top venture capital firms. He began his career as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has also served as Director of Financial Planning for a Fortune 500 telecom company and EVP of Finance for a public oil and gas company. Mark earned his MBA from Northwestern University.​

MICHAEL S. SILVER

​Michael Silver is a C.P.A. and a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Mike was the founder of Omnios LLC, a Microsoft, Sage and Deltek Business Partner and business systems consulting firm which he sold in 2012.

 

Mike is a Microsoft Certified Professional, has served on the board of the Illinois CPA Foundation Information Systems Committee and has been involved with several of Microsoft’s business partner advisory councils.  Mike was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist and was featured in Accounting Technology’s Killer VARs and VAR Top 100 on several occasions. And, Mike served on the Board of Directors at Glenview State Bank, a long-standing, Chicago area, suburban community bank. 

Mike worked at Intacct in partner recruit and enablement prior to the Sage acquisition, at Microsoft on the Dynamics 365 and Business Central launch team and most recently with Wipfli’s Sage and Salesforce practices to build and foster technology partner relationships and alliances and to assist with practice strategy and direction.
